2. Purpose

This website provides information about Restaurante Hong Kong: its menu, set menus, opening hours, home delivery service, collection from the restaurant and reservations.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free of charge and unrestricted. By using it you accept these terms. You undertake to make appropriate use of its content and not to use it for unlawful activities or for activities that could harm the website or third parties.

4. Menu, prices and allergens

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We may update the menu, set menus and prices at any time. If there is any discrepancy between the website and the information we give you when you place your order or at the restaurant, the latter shall prevail.

Information on the allergens in each dish is available to you, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. If you have any allergy or intolerance, please let us know before ordering.

5. Delivery orders, collection and reservations

You can order by phone or through this website. Orders sent through the website remain pending until we confirm them by email; only then are they accepted. If we cannot take an order, we will also let you know by email.

You pay when you receive or pick up your order, in cash or by card. This website does not charge you or store any card details. Table bookings are made by phone.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your password secret. You can change your details or delete your account at any time from “My account”.

• Burgos city: minimum order of 15 € and free delivery.
• Villages (Villagonzalo, Cardeñadijo, Arcos de la Llana and Quintanadueñas): minimum order of 30 € and 2 € delivery charge. If your village is not listed, call us and we will confirm.
• The lunch and evening set menus for takeaway do not include dessert or drinks.
• Menus for groups of more than 8 people must be arranged with the restaurant.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, logo, seal, illustrations and all other content on this website belong to the owner or are used with authorisation. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without permission is not allowed, except for personal and private use.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services, such as Google Maps to show you how to get here. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those websites.

8. Liability

We endeavour to ensure that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or that the website will operate without interruption. We are not liable for any damage arising from improper use of the website.
